360 Degree Custom Hydro Dipped Design With Your Logo

Would you like to add your logo with the hydro dipping process that covers the entire shell of the hard hat?

Texas America Safety Company was a new process to hydro dip a hard hat with your custom logo. We have a minimum order size of 4 pieces which is one full meter of material. Each Hydro dipped hat comes with an adjustable ratchet suspension that fits most adults. We take a new Class 1 Class C, E and G hard hat and each hat is prepared and dipped one a a time. Therefore, each hard hat is unique and has slight differences in the placement of the pattern. The design covers the entire outside of the hard hat and will not fade or easily scratch.

We would need a high quality image to reproduce and will design a random pattern that completely covers the hat. Since we are printing on a round hard hat we would recommend this random pattern since a design with all the images pointing one direction would print correctly on the front of the hat, but would be backwards on the back of the hard hat. All we need is the standard logo, and our graphics people can create the random pattern. Each custom pattern will be sent for approval prior to producing the hard hat.
