 The MSA Skullgard™ cap style hard hats on this page are like the other Skullgard™ helmets that we carry, but they have a different suspension. Unlike the other products, these helmets come with a swing suspension.
Most workers have no problems with the swing suspension and can make essential size adjustments. The MSA Skullgard™ hard hats are designed to resist high heat. The built-in strips of fiberglass protect your head against temperatures up to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
While they’re ideal for welders, these helmets are popular for a variety of work applications. The fiberglass design is quite a bit different than what you would get from plastic alternatives.
Although the products on this page don’t have a full brim, they still provide some level of protection against harsh weather conditions. Each helmet features a smooth crown and can give you the heat protection that you need to work safely and productively.
