Introducing the new hard hat safety kits from Texas America Safety Company. The hard hat faceshield and earmuff kits come with everything you need to provide top notch head, face, and hearing protection. Instead of trying to mix and match pieces and hope they fit, we have put together a kit where all the pieces fit together, designed to be comfortable, and also to provide both head, face and hearing safety.

Each kit starts with the popular MSA cap style hard hat with the 4 point ratchet suspension. The hard hat should fit head sizes 6.5 to a size 8. Then, we add the Pyramex CM6010 earmuffs which simply attach into the universal slots of the hat. The earmuffs offer an Noise Reduction Rating (NRR) of 27. These earmuffs can be worn over the hat when not in use, then easily rotate down and click tight to provide hearing protection.

Next the hard hat adapter can be slid into the slots on the earmuffs and will hold tight. The adapter can be both raised and lowered as needed and can lock in place. Lastly, the adapter can hold a wide variety of faceshields. This version has the dark green face shield.

If your work requires you to use a chainsaw, grinder, or similar cutting tools, it doesn’t make sense to purchase different pieces of safety gear separately and hope they all fit together.
