Introducing the new ERB Cap style Soft Bump Caps. We are selling both the low profile inserts; as well as, an assortment of standard ball caps separately. The inserts come with a hard plastic shell and a soft cushioned lining in the top of the shell. These fit perfectly in the ERB caps and can also fit most all other standard ball caps. That turns your regular cap into a soft safety bump cap that is still comfortable to wear.

These particular inserts would not be considered an ANSI hard hat, but does provide protection from top blows to the head. They are used by car Mechanics, and other professions that need just a little added head protection. We offer a wide variety of colors in stock for fast shipping. Each cap offers a 6 panel design, comes with sewn eyelets, and features a hook and loop back closure to fit most people.

This bump cap is NOT a safety helmet and does NOT meet OSHA nor ANSI requirements for head protection.
DO NOT USE as a sport safety helmet.
DO NOT USE when ANSI compliant head protection is required or needed.
